使用守则：
　　1.本机使用前须检查本机外形有无运输之破损，各随机资料是否齐全。
　　2.接通电源前，请先确认机腔内是否有铁件异物，以防打刀。并手动转动飞轮一整圈以上，禁止用手搬动活动刀。以保安全！
　　3.确保主机转向准确，即可启动电机，投入生产。

运行规程

　　警告：主机及送料电机转向运转时不得反转，否则将导致旋转刀、送料螺旋损毁及左右迷宫密封封损坏之严重设备事故！
　　设备接通电源，***每个运行电机转向都按箭头方向运转，切忌反向转动。空机运转5分钟，设定预冷仓温度（可通过阀门液氮来控制液氮流量），不同物料设定不同的粉碎温度。打开液氮阀门开始预冷，预冷到接近设定温度时，把物料加入预冷仓，开始预冷物料，当物料达到催化温度时开始进入粉碎状态。达到催化状态下的物料由螺旋进料器送入主机进行粉碎，经过主机高速旋转的叶轮和固定齿圈间的高速撞击，剪切及物料和物料间的相互反复；中击，碰撞和摩擦等综合作用下，达到粉碎效果。成品物料通过离心力排出筛网，进入接料布袋。
　　在螺旋推进器及细粉碎腔体内都带有液氮喷头和温度感应探头，可继续冷冻物料，***粉碎时主机腔体内温度不升高，使物料在催化状态下完成粉碎，确保物料的粒度成品要求。物料的细度通过更换筛网来调节。
　　在设备连接处都带有温度输出信号，可连接控制箱，在粉碎过程中可显示温度，按照温度来调整液氮流量，减少不必要的损耗。粉碎时，所有温度显示仪和电流显示侧根据额定操作，如任何一个显示超负荷，都由报警系统发出警告并自动停止运转。

Operation rules
